Cómo desenfocar una captura

  1. Open a screenshot

    Drop a PNG, JPG, or WebP onto the panel, paste it with Ctrl+V, or load the sample. It stays in this tab.

  2. Paint over the details

    The blur brush starts selected. Sweep it across anything that should be unreadable; a bigger stroke covers more at once.

  3. Add pointers if you need them

    Arrows, rectangles, ellipses, and text live on the same canvas — switch tools, then undo anything you regret.

  4. Take the PNG

    Download or copy the finished PNG. The blur is baked into the pixels, so it cannot be switched back off.

How do I blur part of a screenshot?

Open the screenshot here, then paint over the area with the blur brush — it is selected by default. Download the PNG when you are done. No account, and the file never leaves your device.

Can the blur be removed from the exported PNG?

No. The blur changes the actual pixels before the PNG is built, so the hidden information is not in the file. This is redaction, not a transparency layer.

Is blurring a screenshot here private?

Yes. The image is decoded, blurred, and re-encoded inside this tab. Nothing is uploaded, and the site's content security policy blocks outbound requests as a guarantee.

What if I blur too much?

Undo (Ctrl+Z) steps back, or use a smaller stroke and paint again. You can also clear all marks and start over on the same screenshot.

Can I add arrows after blurring?

Yes. Arrows, rectangles, ellipses, and text are on the same canvas — pick a tool and keep marking. The dedicated annotate page has the full tour.

What formats can I open?
